All of our Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) are fully managed and operated in accordance with UK housing legislation and local authority requirements.
Where required, our HMOs are licensed by the relevant local authority or operated under applicable additional or selective licensing schemes. All licence conditions are strictly adhered to.
Our properties comply with current fire safety regulations, including appropriate alarm systems, fire doors where required, fire-safe furnishings, and clearly identified escape routes. Regular inspections and risk assessments are carried out.
Annual Gas Safety Certificates are maintained by Gas Safe registered engineers. Electrical Safety Reports (EICR) are conducted at least every five years. Relevant certificates are available upon request.
All HMOs meet minimum room size, amenity, and space standards in line with the Housing Act 2004, HMO Management Regulations, and local council guidance.
We operate in accordance with the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act and HMO Management Regulations, ensuring properties are safe, well maintained, and properly managed.
Right to Rent checks are carried out in line with UK Home Office requirements.
Copies of HMO licences, safety certificates, and compliance documentation are available upon request.
